The Wine:
75% barrel fermented, no mlf. Lees stirred every 3 weeks in barrel. 8 months in French oak, 15% new.
The bouquet shows zesty lemon, apricot & flinty aromas with background smoky oak. Vibrant flavours of stonefruit and grapefruit zest are unmistakably regional, with subtle oak adding structure. There is a cleansing citrus zing to the bright and satisfying finish.
