Based in the small village of Trigny in the Montagne de Reims. A traditionally built champagne with equal proportions of the varieties. Brut with 8.5g dosage, and three years in bottle before release.
The Best Cellars view:
Approachable nose with peach, lemon, pear and a little honeyed touch. Medium in body, lively mousse and medium acidity. Finishes dry, yes, but with a touch of that honeyed fruit lingering, making for a very friendly and easily drinkable style.
