The Wine:
Handpicked and whole-bunch pressed juice then stainless steel tanks and old French oak puncheons (500Lt). Natural fermentation and matured on gross lees for nine months before blending.
Around 10g/l of residual sugar left in this wine, and it's all the better for it. Beautiful wet stones, pithy citrus and pitch perfect balance of racy acidity and juicy fruit sweetness from the RS.
