Idee Fixe is famed Margaret River producer Vasse Felix's sparkling wine project, and may just be the most substantial sparkler out of WA!
The Brut Blanc de Blancs is made from 100% Chardonnay grown in Kerridale, and is made as a traditional method (Champagne method) sparkler with a minimum of 24 months on lees before release, and a modest 5g/L dosage. It is both fresh, creamy and substantial.

Pale colour. Fresh nougat, yeasty, hint marmite, sourdough, grapefruit, waxy aromas. Lovely creamy textured wine with grapefruit, lemon curd, yeasty, sourdough, nougat flavours, fine bittersweet textures, lovely mid-palate volume and fresh long persistent fine bubbles. Lovely freshness, superb tension, texture and energy.
