The ultimate pink picnic wine – clean, refreshing and dry. With vibrant rose hip and strawberry aromas, this early picked rosé offers a crisp, juicy palate. Grown on our elevated McLaren Vale estate, it’s the perfect companion for beach days, sharing at sunny picnics and dreaming of your next holiday.
Hand-picked. Varieties whole bunch pressed separately to tank and settled. Clear juice racked to stainless steel for cool fermentation. Matured on lees in stainless steel before blending and further maturation in old French oak for 5 months. Certified Organic and Biodynamic.
Picked early in the season to capture the pink lady apple crunchiness of the skins and vibrant natural acidity. Gently pressed to produce a very pale and elegant style of rosé. These red Rhône varieties are intrinsically suited to creating a dry rosé, displaying delicate rose hip and strawberry aromas with a juicy, crisp palate.
