The Wine:
Confidential, the Cairn Chablis releases beautiful, engaging floral notes, combined with delicate fruit. Well-balanced in terms of structure, it retains beautiful tension, minerality, and excellent persistence.
Planted in 2000 by his father, Christian Michaut, this vineyard located in a micro-valley is planted with rootstocks generally reserved for Grands Crus. Cairn is a Chablis with a distinct personality. Aged for 12 months in vats and new oak barrels from the Bertanges national forest.
