Crafted from pemium Adelaide Hills fruit, the DC Shaw Blanc excentuates the savoury qualities of this versitile grape, diametrically opposed to the other famous styles being made in the region. DC Shaw favours barrel fermentation and lees stiring to produce a wine more akin with Pouilly-Fume, with bright citrus set to a backdrop of creamy lees and smoky minerality.
