The Wines: From vines up to 100 years old at 950m of elevation. Handpicked grapes are fermented in stainless steel, then moved to second and third use French and American oak barrels for 6 months of elevage.
Intense red fruit aromas, with delicate touches of spice and pepper. On the palate, soft and ripe tannins meld with the intense dark fruit profile, driving to a long lingering finish.
