"An effortless combination of engaging brightness, savouriness and subtle favour detail combined with texture, a reserved juiciness, proper dryness and a subtle sandy grip. Flavours skip through redcurrant, watermelon, cranberry, tart mulberry and the like. It’s moreish stuff, never hinting at confection, never turning up the commercial showiness, also managing to over deliver on appeal and serious intent. This is benchmark stuff, further cementing Bondar’s rosé as a reference point.”
