The Wine
Harvested from the Saint Clar vineyard in Macclesfield, whole bunch pressed to French Oak puncheons, with 25% new oak and fortnightly batonnage. This guy is pretty punchy, buttery with pineapple, guava and a a bit of up/down acidity but we'll ignore that because it's a wine that you could smash down with ease.
