The Wine: A blend of 777, 115, 114. This wine receives the same treatment as the main blend during fermentation, then 24% new oak and no whole bunch. Elevage is much the same as the main Pinot Noir. Notes of strawberry, cream and sandalwood. There is weight, with lightness of touch combined with structure and a long sapid finish.
