The Wine:
Grapes are manually harvested and sorted both in the vineyard and the winery to assure only quality fruit makes it to fermentation. All fruit was wholebunch pressed to tank and settled overnight before primary fermentation and then aging.
Bright gold in colour, the nose is elegant with white florals, toasted almond, candied citrus, and wild honey. The palate is balanced, generous and textural, with pear and lemon verbena, as well as some salty mineral accents that drive the long salivating finish.
