The Wine:
A whopping 25 years on from its harvest, this was one of the first Jim Barry wines to ever use the Stelvin screw-cap as its closure. Fluro yellow/gold in the glass, developed aromas of grilled nuts, buttered toast, creamed honey, lanolin and some lemon curd. Very rich and textural, but still holding freshness and line. Pretty spectacular.
