The Wine:
95, 96 & iv10 clones from the Willsmore vineyard in Piccadilly Valley, Adelaide Hills. East facing slope at an average of 500 metres above sea level. Sandy loam on sandstone & ironstone. Planted 2004. Un-Cert. Organically farmed. Whole Bunch/gentle oxidative pressing, barrel fermented. 9 month barrel ageing on fine lees.

The result is a textural chardonnay with a fine acid line running through it to pull all of the different components together.
