The Wine:
100% Pinot Noir. A complex blend of no less than 6 clones: 114, 115, MV6, D5V12, G5V15 and D4V2. The Tamar Valley (38%) Pipers River (29%) Huon Valley (26%) and Derwent Valley (7%). Handpicked fruit, fermented for 10 days on skins, hand plunged with the inclusion of 10% whole bunches. Aged in 15% new French oak puncheons before bottling in January 2024.
