The Wine: From the Gullyview Vineyard in Watervale. Planted on black and red clay over limestone. Fermented in stainless for 3 weeks and aged in stainless on fine lees for 2 months. This is a fine and delicate early drinking Riesling that bursts with typical Clare Valley generosity and white florals. Very food friendly as well!
