The Wine: This is a cool and fresh little white! The Fiano is the backbone of the wine, giving it tons of stone fruit and nectarines, the Pecorino adds a lovely line of acid and citrus notes, and the Pinot Gris adds a bit of texture and ties the whole thing together. The two main components in this wine really mesh well together, like two luchadores hugging in the air. Tons of interest and incredibly high drinkability.
