The Wine:
From an elevated site that sits up high overlooking Lake Dunstan, its position allows for earlier ripening than most other vineyards. This brings an aromatic wine that has ripe darker fruits yet at the same time a delicacy and lightness, soft in texture with great power over concentration. Pisa Terrace has traditionally formed the backbone of all Mount Edward Pinot Noir and we are stoked to release a Single Wine under this vineyard, a wine that highlights so much of what makes Mount Edward Pinot Noir delicious.
