The Wine:
The alcoholic fermentation is carried out with pure strains of yeast at a controlled temperature of 18 °C (64 °F) in stainless steel tanks. After several months of ripening on the yeast this elegant wine achieves its perfection.
This vibrant Pinot Bianco is dry, medium-bodied, with refreshing acidity. The wine is bright straw with a lively green hue. Lots of tart lemon citrus fruit and crunchy green apple with delicate notes of white flowers. There is an underlying herbaceous note to the wine showing chive and chervil. This wine is incredibly mineral-driven. A great example of the style of white wines being produced in Alto Adige.
