Super drinking Riesling, smashable, floral and spice, soft stone fruits and minerality. Ferment is carried out in ceramic Amphora and rested on fine lees for 10 months for more of that texture, fleshy stone fruits, some phenolic grip and savoury. High on drinkability this wine.
