A vibrant wine made from 30% whole bunch. It offers aromas of ripe cherry and mint. Rich and juicy on the palate, it finishes with savoury notes of fresh herbs, blackcurrant, and graphite.
The Review:
Mike Bennie, The Wine Front - 91+pts
"Crunchy textured cabernet of firm but herbal-chalky tannin profile, brittle, bright, blood orange acidity, light blackberry, lots of brambly, herbal inflection, a light white pepper note and some bay leaf in there too. It’s delicious drinking, pretty straightforward but for the attractive tannin profile. The finish perhaps not quite formed fully, but there’s something here."
