The Wine:
65% Muscat of Alexandria, carbonically macerated for 20 days + 35% whole bunch Riesling on skins for 3 days. The Muscat is aged in seasoned French of and the Riesling is aged in amphora - both for 12 months. One month spent coming together in stainless prior to bottling.
Perfumed, bright acidity and complex.
