Region: Clare Valley Grapes: Grenache First Glance: Spicy, Savoury, Slurpable
The Wine: Sourced from the Gullyview vineyard in Watervale, destemmed completely but retaining 50% whole berries. Naturally fermented in open top fermenters, hand plunged twice daily. Aged in for 8 months in a 2000L Slovenian oak foudre, then stainless for one month.
Super light, spicy and savoury but still with beautiful plush Grenache weight.
