Yangarra's first release of this Rhône inspired white blend from the estate. All blocks were handpicked and partially macerated on skins between 90 and 126 days. The remaining varietal batches are whole bunch basket pressed, and only the very lightest pressings are kept separate to be considered for the final blend. These are unfined, unsettled and fermented exclusively in ceramic eggs. No sulphur is added.
Inspired by the textural white wines of the Southern Rhône, Ovitelli Blanc brings
these traditional varieties together in blended harmony. Gently fermented and
aged with skin contact in large ceramic eggs.
