WINEMAKING: Franc-enstein is a co-ferment of direct pressed Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon Blanc. The juices is blended together in tank and wild fermented on full solids. Meanwhile we froze some Sauvignon Blanc juice to add back later when things were still active but calm enough to bottle. Frankensteined into crown seal bottles and allowed to do it's thing the resulting wine is crisp, fresh and refreshing, with heaps of red cranberry and currant fruit, grassy herbaceous Sauvignon Blanc notes and a nice long crisp finish. Drink cold. No SO2, Vegan Friendly.
