The Wine
A welcome return of an increasingly popular wine. For the first time, this is a Pinot Gris dominant blend with Riesling and Sylvaner. Always hand-picked, crushed, foot stomped, basket-pressed and fermented in a mix of stainless and old oak. This year the wine has an attractive pewter hue from the gris component. Classic spring florals nose and an apple sherberty dry palate.
