The Wine:
Quinta do Ermizio, Astonoma and Spanish artist Leandro Barea have all come together to produce this exciting, zingy blend. 80% Loureiro and 20% Trajadura, this wine is laden with zippy acidity, with forward flavours of green apple, lemon and grapefruit. All this is shaped by a saline spine and subtle hints of bay leaf and orange blossom. Delicious, fresh and highly drinkable.
