A perfumed Tempranillo Rosé backed up with fine texture and soft acid lines. Following the 2020 fires we worked closely with good friends around Australia to work with a few different parcels. With the assistance of Barney Flanders we unearthed this Tempranillo from Teurong, Mornington Peninsula. Handpicked and whole bunch pressed, in Teurong, before transportation straight to Canberra for fermentation. Light and hard pressings compbined, before naturally fermented in neutral oak and half in steel. Blended, filtered, and bottled in September with minimal sulphites.
