Vineyard - Grown on a decomposed granite base with with ancient wind swept red sand and clay deposits.
Winemaking - 100% Glera that has been lightly handled before undergoing stainless steel fermentation to maintain freshness. Left on solids for four months, before undergoing secondary fermentation under the Charmat method.
Tasting Notes - A delicate, dry Prosecco with underlying lemon zest, acacia flowers and fine texture.
"Green apple, crunchy texture, lemon-lime. Gentle nuttiness in the mix. Vivacious and very delicious. Does exactly what you want this to do. Almost a juiciness. Just straight up delicious." - Mike Bennie (The Wine Front)
