The Wine
A juicy, yet dry bubbly rosé made from majority carbonic maceration Shiraz [79%], plus Verdelho [13%], Grenache [4%] and Muscat [4%]. All harvested early and some made into piquette from riper skins, all blended for a balanced and delicious drop.
Fresh cranberry, raspberry, and sour cherry characters balanced with soft bubbles, peppery spice and a dry, textured finish.
