A drier take on sparkling red, made with a combination of natural techniques for lower alcohol without sacrificing flavor. A blend of classic and underground varieties, most picked early, followed by ripasso re-ferment over riper skins with some water for a wine-piquette combo.
Soft and supple with dark fruit characters like blackberries, blueberries and stewed plums, balanced tannins, and a dry, spicy finish.
