Beaujolais-Lantignié, from 60 something year old vines.
Deep, rich, minerally expression, packed with dark cherry, dark raspberry and liquorice. It’s medium-bodied, earthy and spicy, supple yet firm tannin, plenty of flavour delivered with finesse, and a finish of cocoa nibs and dried herb. What a great drink. A bit different, but so good.
