The Wine

Winner of seven Trophies including ‘Best Wine of Show’ at the National Wine Show of Australia 2012 and Clare Valley Wine Show. Limited Stocks.

Brilliant water like colour with pale greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. Nosing delivers an intense aromatic profile of lemon and lime with a talc overlay and some mineral end notes. The palate boasts mouth watering zesty lemon, lime and orange rind flavours supported by some crunchy mineral infused acidity. Excellent structure and depth with very long lemon, lime and mineral aftertaste.

The Review

"It’s spicy and a little sweaty/earthy, but looking through the mist of a young wine there’s a core of intense acidity, a chalky phenolic texture and large scale sweet fruit power – almost tropical in flavour, though with some more traditional citrus tang. Plenty to hang on to here, with more to come. Kerpow." 95+ Pts, Gary Walsh, The Wine Front

"Clean, slightly yeasty, fresh and citrusy albeit somewhat reticent as yet. Lemons and limes. Delicious wine. Intense, rich and long, refined and pristine, great persistence and strength and will evolve into a great bottle. Superb wine: outstanding palate flavour." 95Pts, Huon Hook, The Real Review
