"Made from Mataro and Cinsault in equal parts. I think we all know by now how much I love rosé. I drink more of it than just about any other wine style.
Nailed it. Pitch perfect Provence meets Barossa in style, and there’s no reason why the Barossa cannot produce such wines if the style is given due credit, and respect, as opposed to a run-off afterthought. It’s fragrant, delicate, aniseed and pale red fruits, a fine powdery texture, even acidity, a little succulence, and a long dry finish. Beautiful. Hats off. As pretty as Dean Hewitson’s eyes."

Traditional Provencale salmon pink with a dust of orange. Fragrant strawberry notes, summer petals and perfume.
