The Wine:
Batches of wine were carefully selected from Shiraz blocks within the Hentley Farm vineyard to create an estate grown wine that displays the treasured characteristics the property naturally produces in Shiraz: saturated colour, fruit intensity and soft, savoury tannins.
Blue fruited, with licorice, mushroom, truffle and a herbal lick in there as well. Soft, even tannins with a brooding savoury finish. Just lovely.
