Domaine Henri Magnien, Gevrey-Chambertin "Champerrier" AOC - exquisite dry red wine made from Pinot Noir grapes, which is cultivated on a small plot "Champerrier", located on a hillside with northern exposure, clay-calcareous, partially alluvial soils. Harvest it is picked by hand when the berries reach optimum ripeness and is almost completely separated from the ridges (up to 75% of the crop). After soft pressing with a pneumatic press, fermentation is carried out using natural yeast at a controlled temperature. Wine is aged in oak barrels, some of which are new. This process takes place under the strict control of winemakers, since it is important that woody aromas do not mask the juicy fruit that this magical terroir endows with this wine. The potential of wine is 5-20 years. In 2015 , only 1,500 bottles of Domaine Henri Magnien, the Gevrey-Chambertin "Champerrier" AOC, were produced.
