The Wine:
100% whole cluster pressed and settled in tank overnight. Racked to a mixture of French and Austrian barriques, puncheons and foudre for nine months, 20% new.
Often seen as the pinnacle of white grapes, the Hills is a very good place to grow and make Chardonnay, that is for sure! The 2024 blend benefits from the addition of a new estate vineyard in Basket Range. Its beautifully refined and complex Adelaide Hills Chardonnay that balances acidity, oak and powerful fruit just right.
