Great drink. Different, with a soupçon of intrigue. Cranberry juice, ripe pear, rosehip, a dusting of white pepper, and a pleasant sort of sourdough character. Redcurrant and cranberry, bright and fresh, fine powdery tannin and energetic feel to it, a quiet juiciness, spice and crunch, ripe strawberry and a cool finish of excellent length.
