The Wine: While Vincent is the 3rd generation owner of this Domaine in Chablis, his grandparent sold all the fruit until 1970 when his father started bottling a small amount with his name on the label.
Matured in stainless steel and the style of wine Vincent is looking for is one that has both fruit and delicacy. With its pure nose of stone fruits and yellow flowers and beautifully balanced and gently saline palate this has it in spades!
