First glance:
Serious and complex, a darker style of rosé

Hold your horses, this is quite the blend and not your average no-brainer rosé. Predominantly Grenache, but supported by a melange of Barossa grown varietals, this is styled to be a more vinous and serious style of wine.

The Best Cellars view:
Do not be fooled by pretty label and the strawberry juice colour of the wine. This is a complex take on an often simpler style of wine. Aromas of raspberry, strawberry and spiced cherry. Around the core of fruit, lies complexity of clove and mint. Fuller than average body and ample texture, with a lemony acidity cleaning things up in the finish. A gastronomically viable style for more than just a prawn salad on the terrace, but interesting enough to hold its own without company.
