Sourced from the Joyce Vineyard, Gumeracha and Hersey Vineyards, in Kuipoto. Wild ferment in a mix of French and Slavonian Barrique and puncheons for 3 weeks. Matured in French puncheons and 2000L Slavonian oak foudre for 8 months on lees. Producing a refreshing modern style of Chardonnay, with ripe citrus fruits, soft orchard fruits. A gentle and complex palate, savoury, well placed oak and gunsmoke complexity.
