The Rum
Brix have teamed up with their mates from Three Blue Ducks to create the Trail Mix 2021 limited release.
This sustainable Rum is infused with locally grown & foraged produce from The Ducks farms, gardens and restaurants.
Beginning with Brix shiraz barrel aged Rum, they infused ginger from the Ducks' farm in Byron Bay, cumquats from their Rosebery urban garden, honey from the beehive at their Bronte café, along with coffee grounds & orange peel from their bars & kitchens around Australia.
The addition of native riberry & kakadu plum as well as Aussie grown mango & vanilla add balance, roundness and body.
Perfect for sipping, food pairing and cocktails.
