The Pinot Noir is from the coolest aspect of the vineyard, getting morning sun, but mostly sheltered in the afternoon.
SOIL: Deep loam over red clay and sandstone.
WINEMAKING: A partial whole bunch fermentation in tank for approximately two weeks. 8 months in seasoned French oak barriques and hogsheads.
Family fun for all the friends and frisky folks.
Plush texture, soft and supple, game meat and bacon bone, white pepper, cranberry. Flavours similar, texture is amazing, finessed tannins spread fan-like and ultra fine. This has high drinkability and charisma/wild streak writ large. Such a satisfying wine here.
