Sourced from Block 30, planted in 1946, which is adjacent to the High Sands Block. Hand-picked and mechanically berry sorted. 100% destemmed, crushed and tipped into 675L ceramic eggs. The fermentation occurred in the eggs and remained on skins for 170 days post fermentation. No pressings are used in this wine. Matured exclusively in the ceramic eggs for a total of 11 months.
