The Wine:
This wine is the result of various lots of Pinot Noir vinified in small tanks. Average of 7 days of maceration at 8ºC prior to fermentation, followed by 6 days fermentation with “pigeage”, then maceration for another 7 days. After fermentation 8% of the wine is aged in barrels for 7 months.
Medium body Pinot Noir with bright aromas of dried strawberry and citrus undertones. The wine expresses freshness and minerality with a light and integrated touch of oak.
