Glaetzer 'Bishop' Shiraz 2018

| /

The first Glaetzers settled in the Barossa Valley in 1888 after emigrating from Brandenburg, Germany. The family were some of the earliest recorded viticulturalists in the Barossa Valley and Clare Valley. Current winemaker Ben Glaetzer is making elegant, modern wines albeit within the classic Barossa style.

The 2018 Bishop Shiraz is vinified with old vine material (35-120 years old) from the sub-region of Ebenezer. Bright and juicy with a wonderfully rich mid-palate that maintains balance and finishes with texture. Flavours of dried spice and dark berry fruits add freshness and dimension. Classy Barossa Shiraz.
