The Wine:
From the Freeman vineyards in Young, NSW planted over a mixture of granite, clay loam and shale. De-stemmed to press for a 12 hour soak and fermented in stainless steel. Aromatic, crunchy and floral thanks to the Gewurtz, this is an easy going summer smasher. Enjoy!
