He is committed to his home away from home, Yarra Valley, he is committed to organic and sustainable viticulture for his wines, and most of all he is committed to whole-bunch fermentation, for which all of his wines go through. This works particularly well for naturally lighter varieties like Pinot and this stunning Gamay.
Fruit punch spice and lifted undergrowth on the nose, with wild, crunchy red fruit and dried herbs filling the palate and a juiciness that drives home the beautiful spread of tannin. Simply delightful.
