The Cognac
Aged in 350 litre French oak cask for 22 years. Microbarrique is the first cognac with an extra finishing in a 10 litre french oak barrel. This innovating maturation process creates a round, sweet and subtle cognac. The crocodile toasting and the small size of the barrel will soften the eau-de-vie and make it more supple, with delicious notes of ripped mango, small banana from the french Carribeans, candied strawberries, bourbon vanilla and roasted pineapple. Reduced with local spring water. Hand bottled by gravity, no filtration, no addition, no blending. 43 % ABV
